At St Augustine’s, we take Christian formation seriously. By formation, we mean the lifelong process of growing as Christians: deepening our understanding of the faith, learning to pray, being shaped by Scripture, and becoming more like Christ in the way we live.
Our regular Formation Tuesday evenings are one way we make space for that growth.
Having recently completed The Bible Course at St Augustine’s, we are now continuing with The Prayer Course at our sister church, Holy Trinity.
The Prayer Course is an eight-session journey through the Lord’s Prayer, helping us to grow in confidence and depth in prayer through teaching, conversation and practical exercises.
Each Tuesday evening begins at 7pm with food, followed by the course video and discussion from 7.30pm.
